Innovative job search strategies, mentorship, computer skills training, and personal development to help you achieve meaningful and rewarding employment.

This program offers each participant:

• An in-depth assessment where the job seeker’s needs are identified
• Up to 16 weeks of professional and personal development, as well as up to 10 weeks of mentorship
• Ongoing, individualized support until either employment or further education has been obtained

The Province of Alberta is working in partnership with the Government of Canada to provide employment support services and programs. 

Eligibility Requirements:

You may be eligible to enroll if you are:

• Currently unemployed or under-employed
• Currently having difficulty securing employment
• Facing multiple obstacles to employment

Program Highlights:

• Assists Albertans facing multiple barriers to further develop their professional skills and obtain employment
• Offered at no cost
• Funded by the Province of Alberta in partnership with the Government of Canada.

Length:

• Up to 16 weeks of support and instruction
• An additional 90 days of 1:1 job search support and job retention
