Concrete Finisher

Concrete Finisher
Wage: $33.00–$37.00/hour (to be negotiated)
Hours: 30–60 hours/week
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Employment: Full-time, permanent
What you’ll do:
• Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement before concrete placement
• Direct and assist with concrete placement
• Operate power vibrators to compact concrete
• Level and finish concrete surfaces according to grade and specifications
• Repair, resurface, waterproof, and restore concrete surfaces
• Apply hardening and sealing compounds
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Safely operate concrete finishing tools and equipment
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant concrete finishing experience
• Knowledge of concrete construction and finishing processes
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
