MCG Careers is currently seeking experienced Career Development Practitioners to join our team in the beautiful Foothills.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Career Development Certificate or related post-secondary education
• Experience in career coaching and client placement
• Experience working with individuals with barriers to entering/keeping employment
• Experience facilitating career and employment workshops, both virtual and in-person
• Understanding of the local labour market
• Experience in job development and employer relations
• Social media, events planning, and business-to-business sales experience
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
