MCG Careers is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at the Calgary Downtown office as a Career Coach/Job Coach.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing client-centric services including assessment, individualized plan development, coaching, and service management
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with individuals with mental health or other barriers to employment
- Career Development Certificate or related post-secondary education
- CCDP Certification is an asset
- Experience with application of adult learning and career development theories, client-centric coaching, and holistic case management
- Experience with government-funded program and knowledge of community resources
