Position Overview:

The Integrity Group consists of multiple business units, with the primary areas of focus including construction, building material supply and manufacturing. The company operates a fleet of over 150 trucks, tractors, trailers, and moving equipment from their headquarters in Okotoks, AB. The Fleet Compliance Coordinator assists the Fleet & Asset Manager in ensuring the fleet remains in total alignment with provincial and federal regulations, safety standards and internal policies.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain Pro-Rate, International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA), permits, fuel accounts and monthly log records in accordance with National Safety Code (NSC) compliance
  • Coordinate and ensure current documents, including insurance, registrations, CVIP documents, and permits, are in the appropriate vehicles at all times
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records supporting fleet compliance and regulatory requirements, with regular reporting as required
  • Ensure all driver files are current with licenses, driver abstracts and training records
  • Procure over-dimensional and regional permits as required
  • Assist in the acquisition and disposal of fleet vehicles, including documentation filing
  • Complete New Vehicle Information Statement (NVIS) requirements and import documentation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procedures and policies as set out by the Fleet Manager and Leadership Team
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, managers and suppliers

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Minimum Experience:
    • 2+ years working in commercial transportation
    • Experience and understanding of National Safety Code (NSC) compliance and audits, including IFTA fuel reporting
