Position: Snow Removal Equipment Operator
Location of job: High River
Job summary: The Snow Removal Equipment Operator is responsible for the routine general upkeep, repair, and maintenance of residential, acreage and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate snow removal equipment (e.g. plow trucks, skid steers, loaders, tractors)
- Clear snow from roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and other assigned areas
- Apply salt, sand, or de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Ensure proper and safe use of all equipment
- Respond to snow and ice events in a timely manner, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Follow assigned routes and complete work within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked
- Communicate with supervisors and team members during snow events
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist with snow hauling or stacking as required
- Perform light maintenance and cleaning of equipment after use
Qualifications:
- Some professional landscape and snow removal experience is required
- Required to hold a valid drivers license and be willing to provide a clean drivers abstract
- Must live in the area or willing to relocate and have a reliable means of transportation

Wage/ Salary: $24-$29 per Hour
