Job summary: This position involves cleaning residential and/ or commercial properties to a high standard. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can work well independently as well as in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning kitchens and common areas
- Garbage removal
- Following cleaning checklists and standards
- General sanitizing and upkeep
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable to get to job sites
- Dependable/Punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Physically fit, able to stand for long periods, repeated bending, kneeling
