Landscape Installers – Fencing
Job description:
Farmboy Landscaping & Maintenance in High River is seeking experienced landscapers with a specialization in Chain-Link Fencing for the 2026 summer season. A suitable candidate will have experience in a variety of landscape operations with a specialization in Chain-Link fence installations. If you feel that you meet these criteria then we’d like to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will have:
- General construction experience
- Knowledge of building codes
- Experience installing Chain-Link Fencing and Gates
- Working on uneven terrain, following plot plans and locates
- Effective time management
- Able to read blueprints and plans
- Must be physically fit and capable of moving materials and equipment
- Able to withstand Alberta weather
- Valid class 5 license with clean driving record
- Able to drive a truck with a trailer
- Active participation in our Safety Program
Other related experience would be an asset:
- Landscape construction experience such as; retaining walls, sod, various hardscape materials
- Workers with existing certifications such as Skid Steer Operator, Standard First Aid, Leadership for Safety Excellence, would be an asset
Wage range: Based on experience
Ability to commute/relocate:
- High River, AB T1V 1N3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience: Fencing: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification: Class 5 Licence (required)
