Inclusive Marketing & Media Coach

Inclusion Foothills has a creative and rewarding position available within the H.I.R.E. project’s team of specialists. In your role as the Inclusive Marketing & Media Coach you will have the opportunity to flex your creativity sending a strong message of the benefits of inclusive employment throughout many media platforms. Through vibrant and clear messaging targeting the business community, qualified participants within the H.I.R.E. program will be matched with employers seeking to enhance their workplace through inclusive employment opportunities.

Qualifications for the Position:
• Proven record of social media and marketing skills
• Demonstrated creative and effective marketing initiatives through a variety of platforms
• Demonstrated understanding of inclusive employment and what this means to the business and the individual seeking employment
• Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite (all programs), Canva, including all virtual platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Provide recent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector and References at the time of interview
• Ability to perform other duties as required, including attending local Chamber of Commerce networking events to build relationships with businesses

Type of Employment: 18 hours per week, term position
Rate of Pay: $24.10/hr
Location: High River hybrid
