Salary:
- $34.13 (starting) to $38.75/hour; Salary increases per company policy, after 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month employment, and annual reviews.

Employment terms and conditions:

Requirements:

Languages: English
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Credentials:
- Class 1 driver’s license
- Clean commercial driver’s abstract
- Must be able and willing to pass a company driving test

Personal Suitability:

Duties:

Providing exceptional service to build and maintain quality customer relationships
Manually sorting and unloading food products and hand-wheeling them into the customer locations with the use of ramps and occasionally stairs (approx. 600 – 1000 cases/shift)
Operating straight trucks and tractor trailers safely and professionally to transport goods and materials over urban, short inter-urban and rural routes
Maneuvering and backing up heavy trucks or trailers at various delivery sites, including in narrow streets, back alleys, etc.
Conducting routine pre/post-trip truck inspections and maintaining accurate records of delivery routes, temperature logs, count sheets and incident reporting
Performing product delivery verification at the customer location and maintaining customer invoices
Following health and safety and safe work procedures
