Job Summary
We are currently seeking high performing individuals who have a growth mindset to join our Landscape Construction Crew. As a Crew Member, you will be an integral part of our team, involved in all aspects of landscape construction projects, from initial preparation to final touches. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the landscaping industry and contribute to creating stunning outdoor environments. This position is essential in ensuring that our team delivers high-quality work while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the installation of various landscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, fences, and decks.
• Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, grading, and soil preparation.
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation according to landscape plans.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
• (e.g., shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, plate compactors, sod cutters).
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with crew leaders and other team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader or Project Manager.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in landscaping or construction is an asset but not always required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
