Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant
Location of job/ work: Okotoks office – 208 STOCKTON AVE, T1S 1A7
Job description:
• Coordinate with clients, technicians, and management
• Manage technicians’ daily schedules
• Support service technicians with required documentation for installations
• Organize and maintain scheduling workflows
• Ensure reports are completed fully and to a high standard
• Monitor and enforce adherence to safety procedures
Duties and Responsibilities
• Answering telephones
• Customer service, maintaining client base
• Dispatching service calls
• Overseeing technicians scheduling, including arrangement of accommodations
• Reviewing technicians daily reports to ensure they are complete
• Putting together basic quotes
• Proactively investigating and resolving client problems and recording nature of inquiry
• Assisting with walk- in clients
• Over the counter sales & customer service
• Maintaining the office supplies
• Participating regular meetings
Job Qualifications
• Proficient coordinating and reporting skills
• Strong communication skills – written and on the phone
• Organized
• Administrative experience (preferred)
• Attention to detail
• 1 year experience (preferred)
