Administrative Assistant

Downtown Edmonton


Qualifications for this Position:

  • Office Administrative course or equivalent experience
  • MS Office (proficient in word/excel)
  • Strong working knowledge of Databases
  • Attention to detail



  • Review Client Applications and enter information into Databases
  • Compile information and statistical data
  • Provide coverage to other administrative staff
  • Knowledge and application of all office equipment
  • Assist with month end processes including ensuring accuracy of data entry, importing statistical information into report templates, monthly tracking and final synopsis report.
  • Ensure invoices are received, checked for accuracy and issue PO’s
  • Order stationary, client resources and program supplies
  • Maintain email distribution list
  • Create new client files
  • Understanding of CARF, FOIP and File Management obligations
  • Full Coordination of archiving as required
  • Other duties as required
