Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Testing to demonstrate their ability to work.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods; Bending, crouching, kneeling; Overtime required; Manual dexterity; Physically demanding; Attention to detail; Weight handling up to 30 lbs.
- Personal Suitability: Reliability. Team player.
- Work Site Environment: Confined spaces; Noisy.
- Work Setting: Automotive shop.
Duties:
- Install window tint film on the vehicle
- Clean and prep vehicles prior to installation
- Assist in transporting vehicles to and from the shop
- Maintain a clean shop/work environment
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Ensure high-quality installations and demonstrate continuous improvement
Terms and Conditions:
- Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Overtime, Morning, Day, Weekend.
- Salary: $20-30 per hour. Annual increases based on performance.
