Salary: $22.00 to $23.00 / hour (depending on experience; salary increase as per company policy)

• Equipment Used: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, carpet cleaning machines, polishing machines, waxing machine, steam cleaners, power lawn mowers, upholstery cleaning machines
Duties
• Sweep, mop, wash, wax, and polish floors, hallways, and stairs
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scarps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies (up to 20 lbs)
• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
• Clean snow and ice from walkways
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
• Work with minimal supervision
