Wage: $20- $25 per hour (performance reviews and subsequent salary increases as per company policy)

Employment terms and conditions: Full-Time (40-45 hours per week), permanent, morning, day, weekend, overtime (during the busy season, hours may increase up to 9 hours a day)

Job requirements:
Language: English
Education: High School
Experience: 1 year related experience
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods; Fast-paced environment; Repetitive tasks; Work under pressure

Work setting/area of work: Butcher shop/Grocery store
Duties:
· Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers (3-4 people)
· Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
· Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
· Maintain specified inventory and be in charge of ordering product
· Train staff on cashier duties and cleaning tasks
· Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness
· May perform the same duties as workers supervised
· May perform managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, handling bank deposits, and responding to complaints
· Developing and implementing marketing strategies
