Position: PT Administrative Assistant (Front Desk/Reception)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client care & scheduling
    • Answering phones, texts, emails
  • Taking payments, Booking appointments
  • Assisting office manager with property maintenance, accounting, and client files


  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent organization, communication and multitasking skills
  • Degree/Diploma in administration is an asset
  • Knowledge of Jane software preferred
