Job Title: MS Office Instructor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons covering Microsoft Office applications
  • Prepare instructional materials, exercises, and assessments
  • Provide hands-on training and real-world application examples
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
  • Support student success through tutoring and guidance
  • Stay current with MS Office updates and instructional best practices

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Previous teaching or training experience preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse student population
  • Certification in Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Work Schedule:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 5:00 pm- 9:00 pm MST
  • Saturday and Sunday (09:00 am to 1:00 pm MST)
