Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education/Experience: Completion of a two-year apprenticeship program, or a college program in front desk operations or hotel management or equivalent experience
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods, Attention to detail
- Personal suitability: Client focus, Dependability, Efficient interpersonal skills, Organized, Team player
- Work environment: Hotel
Duties:
- Post charges to guest room accounts and verify they reached the correct folios
- Balance the days charges, making corrections as necessary
- Print appropriate daily reports and summarizes results of operations for management
- Check in/ out guests
- Receive bills from contracted companies
- Preform bucket checks to ensure all rooms are allocated properly for arriving guests
- Maintain the front desk/lobby area clean
- Job location: 706 Main Avenue East, Sundre, Alberta, T0M 1X0
- Salary: $19 – $21/hour; salary increases as per company policy.
