Job Requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: No education required
- Experience: Some related experience (3 months)
- Area of specialization: Distilling, Blending, Bottling, Packaging
- Worksite environment: Noisy, Odours, Dangerous
- Work Setting: Distillery
- Working conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding; Handling heavy loads (lifting up to 60lbs), Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods
- Personal suitability: Organized, Team player, Positive attitude
Duties:
- Setup and adjust alcoholic beverage processing and bottling machines
- Operate machinery to bottle alcoholic beverage
- Check products to ensure conformance to company standards and clear machine blockages if necessary
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
- Make adjustments to process variables
- Gathering components and organizing the work area
- Assist other operators if needed
- Clean and sanitize the work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- Organize warehouse and work areas
