Job requirements:

  • Language: English
  • Education: Completion of secondary school
  • Experience: 3 years of related experience
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, ability to physically lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Personal Suitability: Strong problem-solving skills, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

  • Computer Software/ Programs Used: Computer Numerical Control/FANUC Control

Duties:

  • Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to customer specifications and drawings.
  • Performing complex machining operations, including turning and turn-mill operations, using Fanuc Control.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CNC machining processes to ensure quality and production targets are met.
  • Measuring and inspecting finished products using precision measuring instruments and equipment to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Maintaining equipment and tools in good working condition and performing routine maintenance activities as required.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and cutting parameters.
  • Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and equipment, such as micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
  • Always adhering to safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
