Job requirements:

Language: English
Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: 3 years of related experience
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, ability to physically lift up to 50 lbs.

Duties:

Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to customer specifications and drawings.
Performing complex machining operations, including turning and turn-mill operations, using Fanuc Control.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CNC machining processes to ensure quality and production targets are met.
Measuring and inspecting finished products using precision measuring instruments and equipment to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Maintaining equipment and tools in good working condition and performing routine maintenance activities as required.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and cutting parameters.
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and equipment, such as micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
Always adhering to safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
