Duties:
- Responsible for all phases of the product development process, leading the transition from the development phase to the commercial phase
- Oversee the analysis of data, information and operational reporting
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization (global company logistics, including new geographical start-ups; Cordax maintenance laboratory)
- Directing Technical support & Sustaining activities for Global field operations, coordinating all equipment, and performing periodic operation audits, with direct oversight for all sustaining engineering projects
- Coordinate and sustain product development and commercialization by directing a team to create and support new products through a defined product development process, supporting the transition from one phase to another
- Providing operations and sales teams with the needed operational and technical support for them to be successful in their sales, service execution, and after sales service
- Conduct or assist in environmental audits, in the design of measures to minimize undesirable environmental effects of mining and oil and gas operations
- Oversee the operation of company (together with the leadership team, managing company resources carefully to ensure maximum profitability)
- Source and determine third-party suppliers who meet strict Cordax quality compliance standards and timelines
- Direct quality control inspections both internal and external (suppliers and third-party contractors)
- Analyzes audit report findings and approves them.
- Coordinating the process of LWT patent writing and filing
- Actively supporting the process of writing a certified “white paper” on the processing methodology of the LWT density processing
Requirements:
Language: English
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science
Experience: 5 + years of experience in engineering and manufacturing disciplines, including supervisory and management experience
Area of Specialization: Quality assurance and control; Supply chain and Project management; Product development; Work Settings; Oil and gas industry
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Large workload; Attention to detail; 24-hour availability for service requests
Personal Suitability: Client focus, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Interpersonal awareness, Organized, Team player.
Supervision: Working groups
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, confidential security clearance, criminal record check, Driver’s validity license check; requirement to hold valid traveler’s ID (example Passport) for Global travel
Job Location: 4086 Ogden Road SE, Calgary, AB, Canada, T2G 4P7. Occasional travel across Canada, the USA, South America, Middle East and North Africa required (travel expenses paid by employer)
Salary: $137,509.00/year – 150,000.00/year; salary increases as per company policy

Employment Terms and Conditions: Permanent, full-time, 44-65 hours per week, Day/ Evening/ Weekend (requirement for on-call availability)
