“The one-on-one coaching provided through the Alternatives to Careers in Energy (ACE) program was extremely helpful to me in my career search. Every time I interacted with my Career Coach, I received valuable information and encouragement. And when I applied for a job that I wasn’t easily viewed as qualified for, my coach provided exceptional feedback on my transferable skills relevant to the job description. I believe it was this piece of work that was key to me landing the job! I’d definitely recommend MCG to anyone looking for one-on-one career search support.”
